  What is an Affiliate Program?
An affiliate program allows you to place links to our products on your Web site. When you place these links, visitors to your site have the opportunity to buy products. We pay you a commission on the amount of each sale (minus shipping and handling, tax, returns, and cancelled orders) of a product purchased through your web site.

  What Are the Benefits of Becoming an Affiliate?
You'll add value to your site by offering quality music CD's and DVD's at an affordable price. You'll earn commissions, building your web site into a revenue-generating business.  

Does It Cost Me Anything to Become an Affiliate?
No! It's absolutely FREE to join our affiliate program. There is NO CHARGE to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement.

 Can a Web Site Outside the United States Be an Affiliate?
 Yes. We welcome affiliates from anywhere in the world. However, customers who buy from our site must pay in U.S. dollars. All commission payment checks to Affiliates are in U.S. dollars, as well.

  I Operate More Than One Web Site. Can I Still Be an Affiliate?
Yes. You can have multiple sites as an affiliate. However, you must set up separate Affiliate accounts for each web site. You can track the progress of each of your websites separately and you will be paid with separate checks for each web site.

  Is My Web Site Eligible to Become an Affiliate?
Most sites will qualify to participate in the program. Anyone may submit an application, but we do reserve the right to refuse membership to a web site or revoke a site's membership at any time if we deem it to contain objectionable material or not fit our affiliate strategy.

  What Are My Responsibilities as an Affiliate?
You are only responsible for using your unique affiliate link and place the links on your site. We handle the rest.

  What Are MRB Records  Responsibilities?
We will provide you with the tools and support you need to maximize sales through your site. We also process orders, shipping, and billing for all customers you refer to us.

  I Don't Have a Web Site. Can I Still Apply?
Unfortunately, you cannot. In order for us to accept you as an Affiliate, we must be able to view your web site.

  Will Becoming an Affiliate increase Traffic to My Site?
Our affiliate program is a revenue-sharing program. It enhances your site with content, so your user-return rate may be higher.

  Setup Questions

 How Do I Sign Up?
First, you must read and accept our Affiliate Agreement. Then, complete our online application form. After your application is submitted, we will contact you to let you know if you've been accepted as an affiliate.  Once accepted, we will provide you with information on how to get started.

 How Does the Program Work?
An affiliate program allows you to make money by referring customers to our web site. You do this by placing links on your site. Every time you refer a customer to us and that customer makes a purchase, you earn a commission. Every 60 days we will issue you a commission check. It's that easy! 

Please note that we only issue checks after your account has accrued to a minimum of $25. Also, commissions are paid on the amount of the purchase less shipping and handling, returns, tax and cancelled orders. 

 How Do I Change My Account Information?
Once you have been accepted as an affiliate, you will be given access to our reporting site. Your account information can be modified there.

  What sales are eligible for receiving a 20% commission?

 What Sales Are Eligible for Receiving a 20% Commission?
 Affiliates receive a 20% commission on the net amount of sales that are ordered at www.MRBrecords.com Online Store. Commissions are not available on phone orders or mail-in orders. Other sales with special promotions or partners may also not be eligible for a 20% commission

Please note:  You will not earn commissions on orders that are not shipped, shipping and handling charges, applicable taxes, returned items, or cancelled orders.

 How Much Can I Earn?
We can't predict how much you will earn as an Affiliate of ours. It all depends on the links you place on your site and how many visitors you have.

 How Do I Know How Much Commission I've Earned?
Through our reporting site, you can access daily-updated reports that provide information on orders, hits, totals due, and payouts made.

 How Often Do I Get Paid?
We will send you a check for a percentage of the sales you referred to our site every 60 days, provided that the total of your commissions have accrued to a minimum of $25.00.

 Do I Earn Commissions on My Own Purchases?
Yes. When you buy products from us through your Web site, you earn the same commission on your purchase that you would from a visitor purchase.

 How Can I Monitor My Sales?
You can monitor your sales by accessing reports as often as you'd like through our reporting site.

 How Often Can I Run Reports?
You can run reports daily if you wish. Our reporting site is updated hourly with the latest information about your site.

 Links Questions

How Do I Create Links?
Upon approval as an Affiliate, an acceptance email will be sent to the email address you have provided and your unique affiliate link will be sent to you. This will be the link that you will use on your website to direct your customers to our web site. 

 Where Should I Place the Links on My Site?
You should place links where they are easy for your site visitors to find. Some areas you may want to place your links include your home page, your navigation bar, and any other traffic areas. If you place the links in an easily accessible location on your site, your visitors will be more likely to make a purchase.

 Orders and Returns Questions

What About Product Returns?
If a user returns a product for a refund, cancels their order, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.

Who Processes Orders and Handles Customer Service?
We do all of that for the customers that are referred to our site. All you have to do is place links on your site. We do the rest.

How Will You Know That the Orders Came From My Site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a purchase is made.                            Back to top
